Me a Songbird?….Not on Your Life….

Now being Monday evening, the seascape painting is going to have to wait just a little longer. I woke up this morning thinking about the video I want to post this week. Loving music like I do, I was thinking about which song I should use. Then suddenly I remembered copyright laws that protect musicians. If I wanted any kind of a melody at this point, I would have to sing or write the song myself.

I remembered a program that came with my computer called GarageBand. GarageBand is a rather complex application designed for music lovers and musicians to sing, play, write, and record their music. Fortunately or unfortunately, I know enough about music to make me a dangerous as well as a frustrated user. I dove headfirst into a sea of notes with hundreds of melodic phrases hoping I could somehow come out with a decent sound. NO…I will NOT be singing, not even as a last resort.
